Designer Loft, Motovun
Originally built by Venetians in 1550, the house in the historic center of Motovun underwent complete renovation in 2005.
The Designer Loft on the top floor offers open plan living with a large living-dining-kitchen area, a gallery with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom, leaving to a large roof terrace. The views over rolling hills, vineyards, olive groves, truffle woods, and onto the church tower are breathtaking!
Guests will live on the main road of the old town with its various truffle restaurants, galleries, souvenir shops, and bars.
At night when the town turns quiet, and tourists return to the coast, you can stare at stars and feel the positive energy in this unspoilt part of the world!
When you venture outside the next day, you can explore some of the best wineries, olive oil producers, and agro tourism the peninsula has to offer!
Take a cycling or hiking trip along the picturesque old Parenzana railroad or go to the coast within 20 minutes and dip into the crystal-clear sea!
Visit some of the beautiful nearby hill top towns like the artist colony Groznjan or Oprtalj.

You are ideally located to explore Istria, but also the Belle Époque coastal towns Opatija and Lovran on the East coast.
